Desking - Deal Calculator

Unlike the desking module on most DMS system LotPro's Desking Module will calculate and structure the deal within your sub prime  lenders guidelines. 

With a few mouse clicks, and with blazing speed, LotPro will calculate and structure hundreds, even thousands, of deal scenarios based on your inventory and multiple lender selections.

LotPro also has an optional forms printing module that enables you to print lender contracts and other forms needed to close a deal.

Main Screen		 The Desking Module ties in all the previous modules; Applicant, Inventory, and Lenders. 

Payment Call
Report		 When structuring a deal LotPro queries the lender program guidelines and your inventory to structure the perfect deal with maximum profit.  You can filter and sort the report in many ways.

Sales Rep
Report		 An optional view of the payment call report.  This view hides the gross profit.

Override Advance		 If a sub prime lender limits the front end advance you can enter in a new advance amount when structuring your deal.

Override Max
Advance		 If a sub prime lender limits the total advance you can enter in a new advance amount when structuring your deal.

Roll Payment		 LotPro's Adjust Payment feature allows you to roll payment into the price or down payment.

Check Deal		 Once your deal is complete you can have LotPro double check the deal against the lenders guidelines.  If your deal is not in compliance with the lender guidelines LotPro will display the reasons why your deal does not comply.

Book the Trade		 Some sub prime lenders Book the Trade. If this is the case you can asses the Book Value of the trade without leaving the deal screen.

Printing		 Printing Reports from the main screen  (.pdf format).

The print module will also export the deal details to your DMS system.  No need to re-enter the data to print your deal.
