As you move customer data through the different sales process LotPro will automatically change the status of your applicants

Screen Shots	Details
Main Screen	Edit or enter customer information as well as co-signer or co-buyer information. LotPro allows the dealer to add custom notes to the lender as well as data fields for current and previous employer and residence.
Applicant Profile	The applicant profile tab is a custom special finance Income, Debt to Income, and Payment to Income calculator. Once you verify the customers actual income via a current paystub the income calculator can auto-populate the income field on the credit application.
Lead Import	LotPro can import leads from any source via a secure https xml post. Due to recent regulations we no longer import confidential customer data such as social security numbers and date of birth via normal unsecured email.
Applicant Log	The applicant log automatically records each credit application and deal structure submission. It also allows for addition of notes and comments.
Search / Filter	You can find applicant data quickly with the Search and Filter features within LotPro. Search or Filter your applicant data by any of the following:
	Last Name SSN City Phone	Status Dead Type	Source Sales Person	Creation Date Modified Date
Custom Letters Letter Editor	LotPro allows you to create custom letters to send out to your database of prospects. We also sell a Bankruptcy Kit which includes customized color letter templates and envelopes for your dealership. Generate letters for any of the following within the database: Applicants Leads Bankruptcy Lists Applicant References
